5 years Account Management (Publication) experience required.

We have a client looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team. In this role, the Account Manager will build strong relationships with their accounts and future accounts (focus on digital publication space). This leader must drive excellence in defining, promoting and ultimately selling projects and daily services while creating actionable growth strategies and long range project opportunities.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of digital publication programs, advertising materials, UX and web development projects. The individual will work with the account team and discipline leads (creative, technical, UX, Content and others) lude: set-up project process, create and manage project plans, estimates, scope of work documents, requirements, risk assessments, specifications, schedules, budgets and content development. The AM responsibilities also include tracking projects such as: bookkeeping, contract management, and budget-tracking. This individual will help facilitate effective workflow between creative and account teams as well as work with the account team to communicate project status to clients

Requirements:
- Fluent in agency process, including job routing and traffic procedures, to ensure quality control at all stages of the project
- Must have 3 yrs agency experience
- Creates and maintains project schedule, project briefs, change/control procedures and cost estimates with input from team members as needed
- Facilitate effective workflow between creative and account teams as well as work with the account team to communicate project status to clients
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Interfaces with the account, discipline leads and outside vendors to resolve related project issues; escalates larger project issues and risk as needed for resolution
- Must have prior Publication experience and network
